Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026. Operated by IK PARTY RENTALS LLC, doing business as IK Party Rentals.

1. Bookings. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. If we cannot provide your items for your date, we refund you in full. Rentals are also governed by the Rental Agreement, Rental Policies, and Safety Rules.
2. Accuracy. We work to keep prices, photos, sizes, and availability correct, but errors can occur. We may correct an error and contact you before your rental if it affects your booking.
3. Your information. You agree the details you enter are accurate and that you are 18 or older.
4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or break into it, submit false bookings, or copy our content for commercial use.
5. Our content. The photos, text, and logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without written permission.
6. Third-party services. The site links to or embeds services such as Stripe, Google Maps, and WhatsApp. They are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. No warranty. The site is provided as is and as available, without promises that it will always be available or error-free.
8. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the site or a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. This does not limit anything the Rental Agreement says, and it does not exclude liability the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law. Texas law applies. Disputes will be heard in the courts serving Williamson County, Texas.
10. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
